Monday, January 19th

It's beginning to feel a lot like spring time! We had beautiful warm weather today so we decided to give the dogs a treat.  We took them to the doggie pool! The dogs showed off their excellent swimming skills then ran themselves dry; no towels required. If this good weather keeps up, we'll get to use the pool more often, much to the dogs delight.

Sophie

Coco is excited for the day!

Bella O and Gracie, racing around the pool.

Gracie, don't be a sore loser just because Bella O. ran faster than you this time.

Grace feels right at home in the water.  She may be part mer-dog.

Rusty is just fascinated by Addie and her ball.

Macy, showing off perfect posture.

Grace and Carly

Carly is loving it!

George

George is either really relaxed or he's under impressed by the water.

Buster says "Thank you for taking me to daycare today so I didn't miss out on the pool!"

Bella O. trying to dry off before she gets right back into the water.

Rusty

Ace, Macy, and Bella O

Ace says, "You can't have the ball, but you may look at it."

Rusty says Ace's rule doesn't apply to him . He wants the ball.

Rudy cooling off in the shade.

Rusty beginning to do the wet dog shake.  Bella O. and Sweet Pea better run for cover.

Sweet Pea

Molly Jean is so happy, she can hardly contain herself!

Max, right before he hits the water.

Coco got her feet wet, and that's good enough for her.  Wouldn't want to mess up her fur-do.

Lily says this grass doesn't smell like the grass back home.

Sophie prefers to stay on dry land.

Bailey

Bailey found her playful energy at the pool today.

Pearl says that since her sister Harper couldn't make it today, she has to have enough fun for the both of them.

Bonnie and I had a wonderful time playing.  She was running circles around me!

Bonnie ready for the next round.

Lily wasn't a big fan of the water but she loved playing with the dogs outside of the pool.

Porsha is our newest daycare dog.  She is a Mini-Australian Shepherd.  She is as sweet as she looks.

Porsha came with Riley and she followed him all over the yard, constantly trying to play with him.
